Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cosima Outfit. We want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Return Eligibility
You may return an item if it meets all of the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original packaging and unused condition
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is not listed as final sale, non-returnable, or custom-made

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn, used, or washed items
  • Jewelry and innerwear (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Damaged items caused by misuse

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photo(s) of the product (if applicable)

Our team will guide you through the next steps, including shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.

5. Refunds
Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed as follows:

  • We will contact you for your refund details once your return is approved.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first and then place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and a description, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
